How often is my data being updated in Fina?
What if I don’t see the latest transaction on the Transactions page? How often do you pull data?
Ensure all of your accounts are still actively connected & check how long ago data was last pulled. You can attempt to refresh it here as well. Inside Fina, we will even show “Pending” transactions that have not fully settled yet so that you have the most up-to-date view.
In some cases, if you feel the data is still not updating, different financial institutions have different policies on when they will update their live connections to allow us to pull the data. We pull the data for transactions and update it as soon as it is available on our end.
