Fina Modules

Fina modules are designed to provide account level functionality to better orgnanize and manage your financial data. They work at the account level despite you have multiple profiles or not.

Currently, Fina has the following modules:

  • Radar: Manage top-line important alerts about your Fina account.
  • Merchants: Manage merchant related settings, mainly name management for now.
  • Schedules: Manage recurring transactions schedules.

Schedules​

Schedules module is to manage all recurring transaction schedules in one place. You can see all schedules in a list, and edit or delete them easily. You can also activate or deactivate a schedule.

Run a schedule will prefill future transactions based on the schedule settings, and you can edit those transactions if needed. Please refer to the Recurring Transactions document for more details about how recurring transactions and schedules work.

Besides scheduled transactions, Fina will also show you upcoming liabilities payments in the consolidated calendar view, so you can have a better picture of your future cash flow.

Here is a calendar view on Deskop, mobile view will fall back to a list view for better usability. Schedules

You can use navigation arrows to switch months, and click on a date to view details of that date. Monthly total is also shown on the top center. When clicking on a specific item, the schedule list will be filtered to show how that transaction was created.

Also, in this example, you see actionalble items showing for specific dates, you can click on them to view details like this: Schedule Details

tip

Use detection to find recurring transactions and create schedules automatically. Schedules will be executed Fina system, you can also run them manually through the schedule card menu if needed.

Schedules calendar view not only display scheduled transactions, but also upcoming liabilities payments, so you can have a better picture of your future cash flow.
