If you are an investor, you probably want to have a clear overview of your investment portfolio and performance. Fina provides a set of analysis tools to help you understand your investment better, including:

  • Investment Overview Block
  • Investment Performance Block
  • Investment Return Template

Investment Data

All analysis starts from accurate data. Fina automatically pull your investment data from connected accounts, including:

  • Current holdings
  • Cost basis
  • Dividends
  • Current prices

Based on these data, we can use Fina to build various blocks and templates to analyze your investment.

Check out this template that gives you a complete overview of your investment portfolio: Investment Overview & Analysis Template

Value distribution

The Investment Overview Block provides a clear view of your investment distribution across different dimensions, such as:

  • Asset types (stocks, bonds, cash, etc)
  • Holdings

Holding details

You can also see the details of each holding, including:

  • Current value
  • Cost basis
  • Unrealized gain/loss
  • Total shares
  • Percentage of portfolio

Annualized Return Rate

The last section shows the annualized return rate of your investment portfolio. It calculates the return rate based on the total value and cost basis of your investment over a period of time. This metric helps you understand how well your investment is performing compared to other benchmarks.

tip

We are working on brining in benchmark comparison in the future. For example, how is your performance compared to S&P 500 in the same time period, or even compared to other peers in Fina community.

If you have any thoughts or suggestions, please let us know in the Fina Forum.
